PM is set to boost business activities in country: Swati

KARACHI: Minister for Railways Azam Khan Swati has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will boost the business activities in the country.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of a freight train service in Karachi on Monday, the minister said that for the first time in history the railways will be made a for-profit entity and Pakistan railways will be made a state of the art institution. He added that the freight train service will help ease the delivery of goods to other parts of the country.
On this occasion, Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Haider Zaidi said that the development of Karachi will prosper the country as well as the province of Sindh. He said that the Sindh government is not doing any development work for the prosperity of the province including Karachi.
Sindh Governor Imran Ismail speaking on the occasion said that the present government has formed a better team to improve all the deficit institutions and now these institutions are on the path of development. He said that the Blue Economy can further improve the country’s economy. – TLTP
