Pine for me

MAC Pine for Me Eye Kohl ($21.00 for 0.05 ounces) is a dark green with subtle, cool undertones and matte finish. It has translucent, buildable color coverage, and has a slightly dry, firmer consistency, which pulls my lower lash line slightly, but is not too sharp or dry for even application.

It is the easiest and most comfortable to apply with lighter hands and short overlapping strokes. It lasted for eight hours and then visibly subsided.

Cobalt blue

MAC Cobalt Kohl Eye Kohl ($21.00 for 0.05 ounces) is a deep ink purple with cool blue undertones and soft luster. It has translucent, buildable pigmentation, has a drier consistency and can still move fairly comfortably on my lash line.

It is a more traditional kohl, so compared to heavier silicone formulations, it feels clearer (can glides better, but sometimes moves more). It stayed for eight hours before visibly fading.

Better than beige

MAC is better than Beige Eye Kohl ($21.00 for 0.05 ounces) is a medium yellowish gold with mild, warm undertones and shiny finishes. It has a translucent color effect, uneven application and hard to accumulate.

The drier, thinner consistency is also not suitable for layering, and seems to push the shimmer, causing more unevenness when I try to get more coverage. The barely visible thing lasted for seven hours before it became noticeably thinner.
